How To Make Leftover Chapati Poha at Home

  Leftover Chapati Poha Recipe

  Preparation Time: 5 Minutes  | Cooking Time: 20 Minutes | Total Time: 25 Min.

 

  Ingredients:

  • 4 Leftover chapaties

  • 1 Chopped green chilly

  • 5-6 Curry leaves

  • 1 Chopped  onions

  • 1 Chopped tomatoes

  • 1 chopped potatoes

  • ½ Cup Green peas

  • 2 tbs oil

  • ½ tbs mustard seeds

  • ½ tbs cumin seeds

  • ½ tbs chili powder

  • ½ tbs turmeric powder

  • ½ tbs coriander powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Chopped coriander for garnishing

 

  Instructions:

  1. Take leftover chapaties break them into small pieces.

  2. Heat an oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds in the oil. When mustard seeds start crackling add cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chilies. Saute for a minutes

  3. Add chopped onion and green peas. Mix it and saute for 3 minutes.

  4. Add chopped potatoes and tomatoes.

  5. Mix it well and now cover the pan and cook it in medium flame.

  6. Once the potatoes and tomatoes get cooked properly. Add dry masala into the vegetable (chili, turmeric and coriander powder).

  7. Mix it properly. Now add pieces of chapaties and salt according to your taste in the pan.

  8. Keep stirring the mixture in a low flame for a minute.

  9. Now turn off the flame. Add the lemon juice and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

  10. Now your roti poha is ready to serve.
